A healthy child makes a happy home

Children brings joy wherever they go. It’s hard to imagine a house with those sweet little giggles, smiles and laughter. They make us relive our own childhood through their innocent words and gestures. After a long tiring day, who wouldn’t want to return home and want to be greeted with a bear hug from these little ones?! Priceless, isn’t it? But all these go awry if your precious little suffers from ill-health. A healthy child is a happy child, and so he/she makes a happy home.

As for parents, we always want to give the very best to our children in terms of their upbringing, education, environment, mental and physical well-being…practically anything and every possible thing under the sun! Yet, in this super- fast age of technology, chemicals and preservatives, we are in constant fear of their health. Are we giving them the right thing? Will this product be good for them? Do they have good resistance power? We are forever questioning. Nutritional support for the little ones, in these days, has become more important than ever, because we live in the age of junk foods, fad diets, high pollution levels, artificial colors and processed foods.

As generations are passing by, the resistance to diseases is gradually becoming lesser. Gone are the golden days of naturally pure and fresh food. Now, time has changed, so has everything. The advent of technology and internet has made everything possible for you. Nowadays, you get everything at your doorstep. But, this comes with a big price – a compromise on health. Added to this, academic competition has increased considerably. Everyone is running the rat race. If they want to keep up, they need to arm themselves with loads of stamina. Thus, today’s children takes a lot of tension than their previous generation.

Thankfully, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. We can all lead a healthy lifestyle by adopting a healthy diet, a little exercise and think positive, come what may. These are the few simple things we can inculcate in our children so that they lead grow up to be strong individuals. I know it’s a Herculean task but we have to make it possible. After all, they can be happy if their health is happy. They often fall prey to common cough and cold, especially during the change of weather which spoils their plans of playing outdoors. As a mother of a toddler, I know how important it is to be strong from the formative years of life. Hence, I really want my daughter to remain healthy always and enhance her natural immunity. So, apart from giving her a healthy diet, I am also planning to give her Dabur Chyawanprash soon. My mom introduced this to me right from my childhood and am continuing to have it still (She often teases me saying that I am the faithful brand ambassador of Dabur Chyawanprash). And why not?! Dabur Chyawanprash is a time-tested, age-old formulation that has myriad herbs like Amla, one of the best antioxidant ever, Giloy (Guduchi), known for its immuno-modulatory properties and 40 other natural ingredients that helps to build up a strong immune system that keeps common cough and cold at bay. I have complete trust on the good old Dabur Chyawanprash. I hope my daughter will like it too and remain cognizant about its benefits…just like I did…Life is a full circle!

Thank you mom for introducing me to Dabur Chyawanprash and thank you Dabur Chyawanprash for making life healthier for us!
